Today was really HOT. It reached 106 degrees here in my small town. Unfortunately, I waited until the last moment to do a photo shoot of a local business, so I had to get out there today, in the heat. It didn't go like I had planned, so I am not sure if I can make it work or not. I'll deal with that tomorrow.
I ate much better today. It wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad. Hopefully, a couple more days of being back on track, and then we'll begin to see some results.
